Just made a cup of tea, feeling lousy so think about having some paracetamol.

Typing away about single speeds and feel ok, think to myself 'ooh, these tablets worked quick'.

See the two tablets still sitting on the side...

If it's still strangely pain free,i'd check with your doctor :?
Should be throbbing like a bas***d by now

I'm not laughing at your predicament i've had a few major hand injuries[fingers usually] and know how they feel

Get your doc to give you some co-codamol [30mg codine/500mg paracetamol]though never have them on an empty stomach
And only use occasionally ,say first thing in the morning with you breakfast
