In the Screwfix catalogue. Packet of what look like baby wipes but actually degreaser wipes. Brilliant!

Nah, I just use a clean tea-towel with a splash of Jizer

Having small kids, I can recommend real babywipes to take off most things (including epoxy resin that you've spilled!).
