Just doing my usual search for bling SS frames and came across this
http://www.brianrourke.co.uk/rourke-853 ... -1176.html
Looks nice....seems cheap too for a custom build 853 frame with nice drop-outs.
Anyone know anything about them?
Carl
EDIT Not sure that price is accurate

His road bikes have a good reputation. All built to order, no off the peg stuff if memory serves so you can pretty much specify any fancy or special bits you want. They also had a beautiful wrap around seat stay, different to most that you see. With lower sales volumes it's even more individual than Roberts/Dave Yates stuff. I know nothing about his mountain bikes though.

My brother has a very nice retro 653 road bike. I had no idea he does mountain bikes. If they are anything like my bro's bike, it will be very good.

Would be much better with gears though!!!

You're right £600 is cheap for a custom frame- even with the horrible decals.

I want the 953 bike!

That bike is Jason's, Brian's son, Jason now does all the building with Brian doing the sizing up. Been using them for 20 years very helpful team. This is one more to my taste 8) http://picasaweb.google.co.uk/brianrour ... veSNewToy#
