win32 has encountred a problem and need to close .

That is with just WindowsXP installed, nothing else, no programs, no updates... What are you doing when it does that.

Just buy a new computer (if you can stretch that far), less hassle in the long run and what you have now is pretty old ;)

Depending where you got the hard drive form they may take it back.


It doesn't mention anything to do with RPC does it ?

just xp installed , and changed from explorer to firefox .

the odd thing is that my modem stays connected , dont need to re install it , but all the lights on the modem are going crazy .

yes ,, look like new pc is unavoidable .

or do the switch to an el chepo (still branded) self build I posted above.

Going to be quicker than your old P4 style celeron whatever you do.

Just occured to me you posted about that error before. :oops:
