hello all, i've just made a stearling cup of earl grey so its got me think, whats your fravoite cuppa?
mines got to be white needle tea, but earl grey is much under-rated imo, its just a pain to brew correct. jasmin is rather nice, but top marks have to go to white-needle. lovely!

Somethin dark and Kenyan perhaps? I quite like my own blend as well. Three parts of Yorkshire Gold to one part Earl Grey.

I go through fazes with teas, but I have relatives who live about an hours drive from Darjeeling so I get hold of some top leaf from there which is nice. :D

My favourite 'none tea' tea in Mighty Leaf African Nectar.

English Breakfast...at any time of the day!
Earl Grey can be nice, but as you say its a bit of an art form to get it right.

my favourate brew is a proper northern cuppa! Has to be co op's 99 fairtrade bags though. Half a packet of Rich tea biccies and a cumfy chair.

Infact thats what i am doing now! :D

Its tough at the top, Al
