hello all.
is there anyone in the forestry and arboriculture sector on here? i'm asking as i'm off back to college and i've been accepted on a ND in forestry and arb'. i'm hoping in time that i will be able to emigrate with the skills.
now apart from the odd close call with trees when i'm on my bike, i pretty new to this area. so if any one knows of any good reading, websites and such (or general advice) that may be of some use to me i would be more than greatful.
also if you work in this sector how do you find the work, i.e. after "x" amount of years are you still happy doing what you do etc.
and if by anychance anyone works in or around manchester and wants a bit of free labour (so i can get a better idea of what its about) then let me know.

many thanks

safe trails
