Thanks for that. I thought it had some sort of internal headtube adjustment. Adjusting the swing-arm to drop the head angle makes much more sense :D

A few modern bikes now have adjustable headtubes, some commencal's anyway.

also im sure i have seen a bike with a adjutable headstock using off set bearings?????????
