Lat Sunday I broke my helmet on the South Downs ride - it split when it impacted with a tree
So Monday evening I spoke to Specialized customer service who said return it. Sent my helmet on Tuesday with a cheque equiv. to 40% of RRP. Today a new shiny S-Works 2D arrived.
Speedy service indeed and I'm ready to ride again this weekend.
