Timeless classic.

I very nearly treated myself to one of them, even got the green light from the Mrs. Just decided to be more 'family' practical and brought my Zafira GSI Turbo instead.

Do you get much attention from the wrong types? That was another reason I was a little against buying one, I would worry too much about it when I parked it!

its a car i feel you have to own once in your life although be warned once you are bitten you hooked for life, ive been trying to part with mine for 6 years :D

as for unwanted attention ive owned mine for bout 7 years now n its been broken in to once,

for the first year i never left it anywhere other than tucked away in my garage,

but as time gone on i now have no problem leaving it anywhere,

i even left it over night in coventry without locking the doors

people seam to appreciate it for what it is n leave it well alone, you get more attention from pepole who want to talk to you bout it,

every time i got the petrol station some 1 wanrs to look round ti

my sister had a saphire cosworth when it was new back in 1989, loved it to bits, it replaced a audi quattro that was stolen......sadly she sold the cossie when she was woken at night by a gang of car thieves knocking a hole in the back of her garage at night wearing ski masks!

id love to own one, or an rs500, escort cossie, timeless classics.

If I behave though, my wife lets me drive her BMW:

Problem is, no self control. I do much better with a vehicle that won't get me tickets.
