honda credit crunch

just seen on the news that the big honda plant in swindon is to close for 2 months in the new year :shock: :shock: :shock:
thats going to screw some familys xmas time right up
any one on here ???

true it dont but they wont be getting bonus or overtime for 2 months tho

and my factory closing for 2 months would make me nervous
and the supplyers will be crapping it i should imagine

(how much kit would that place go through in 2 months???)

not quite the same but almost every car manufacturer in mainland europe closes for 2/3 weeks in july.

my factory has a 2 week shut down
but thats for maintenance and to control holidays so you dont end up with every one kicking off because they want the same week off
