Sorry if this has been posted before, but thought someof you might find these incredibly patronising videos funny! Need help working out how to turn your bike upside down?? Here is the video for you! :lol: :roll:

not just patronising but also wrong :roll:

ill start you off with that not being a shock pump :lol:

those are he arms of the v brake not the calipers

and yes to clean your chain what you want to do is use a brush to force the dirt doing nothing on the outside into the rollers :roll: with soapy water :lol:

I also appreciated the "tip" for using soapy water to clean your discs; a great way to stop them working! :roll:

Because of that video I now know which way up my bike goes and how to turn it back up the right way, should I ever find myself in the terrible situation that it is upside down! :)
