Cross race today at the Lincolnshire Police Headquaters, nice and mild if a bit breezy.
There was a log obsticle which you could hop over, but it quicker to dismount and skip over it.1st lap, I was in about 8th place coming to the log when I came to hop off, my left foot stuck in the pedal and I kinda hit the log
Didnt hurt at the time, but bugger me did it sting when I got in the bath :cry:
Still came 10th even with a puncture for the last 5 laps.
