Just wondering if anyone suffers with a similar issue.
I had my Anterior Cruciate Ligament re-constructed (try typing that after a few j's) about 3 years ago. Hasn't given me any probs really until I got back into riding earlier this year (been about 8-10 years). I've had a scan recently and am still waitin for results... thinking it's still ok but i need to either start physio or just live with it clunking every now and again..

Just wondered if anybody had a similar op with similar consequences...

Maybe you've got an interesting injury you wanna share...?

I had a MCL injury in my left leg, and I chose Rehad instead of surgery. It's worked fairly well, but still acts up every now and then. I try not to ride too hard with the clipless pedals, and stay with clipless pedals that have plenty of float. But I spend a lot of riding time on platforms.

I've found this helps...also, make sure to warmup and stretch daily...if you don't have time to warmup, try stretching after a hot shower. This cannot be stressed enough after injury or with age.
