It's Twenty past four and that means it's time to dunk biscuits in tea.

But all my foreigners here at work can't grasp this cornerstone of civilised society one little bit.

If you are a foreigner to these shores, do you dunk?

Or if you are native, do you dunk?

Today I dunked Hob Nobs in clipper tea. mmmmmmm.

:D

*stands up*

My name is Andy, I was born in Cleethorpes & I like to dunk plain chocolate Digestives in Organic Fairtrade Tea & Coffee.

I'd like to dunk plain chocolate HobNobs, but the buggers stopped making them

*sits down*

dunking

I was born in the UK but of foreign stock

I mostly like to dunk Jammie Dodgers, Fig Rolls, Digestives or Hob Nobs (plain) in tea, coffee or ice cold milk.

But then there are also squashed fly biscuits, short cake, oatmeal and rasin cookies...

Must stop, need a snack.

Tinkety tonk!

I remind the honourable gentleman of the episode of Mint Sauce where Professor Mint invented the GORE TEX BISCUIT.

The beauty of the invention was that the Gore Tex was applied inside out so that it let liquid IN but not OUT, thereby avoiding the dreaded tea brewer's droop

:D
