Hi all,

I have been getting into traditional country music for the last few years.

I didn't realise what a huge subject it was! I have collected loads of music along the way but am now needing to refresh my cd collection with one or two new albums, could anyone recomend anything old or new as long as its proper!
Also if anyone is thinking of dipping a toe into this kind of thing, maybe i could give you a nudge toward a couple of good albums.

Cheers,Al :D

I've got a couple od old bluegrass albums kicking around somewhere.

Fats & Suggs or something like that........it's been a while!

If you ever find (or have) any kind of bluegrass/metal (hard fast and loud kind of thing). Let me know, cos I've been looking for some for ages.

I know nowt about Blue Grass music but went to the Edale Blue Grass and Roots Festival a few times by accident and really enjoyed it. Nearest thing in my record collection are a few Charlie Paton albums which are ace.

Hi,

That compilation looks to have a very varied mix of stuff on!

Sounds good to me. Do you have a code on the recording?

Dr S, Charlie Paton?

Al.
