Well yesterday I was in a foul mood all day...no specific reason, money is a bit tight, it was cold, diminishing sunlight hours etc.....so I took myself for a ride this morning....met a fella on the way who showed me some new routes up and around Castle Coch.
30 odd miles in the sunshine, beautiful scenery and surprised by my fitness climbing some fairly steep and long hills 38/16 singlespeed.
And now I'm Mr Happy :D
Cycling...don't you just love it

Cycling is a great was of blowing away the cobwebs, whatever the cobwebs may be; bad mood, upset, crap day, need time out.......

You just cant beat the feeling of some alone time, just you, your bike, the countryside and nothing else........

Nice one, Carl.

Glad you feel better.

I too went for a ride, slightly chilly, but the world was looking good. Another week and it will be all gold and red everywhere. Ace :D
