Apple Preview (on all Macs) should be able to open it for review, just not editing. Or photoshop

Photoshop on either machine should be able to open it, if it is the same version or newer, they might need to open it on the mac as "Open As..." as the PC version might not have the full header.

A real sad thing to have bookmarked but I use a mac at home and windows at work and I need to know that all that sensitive info that I copy at work will be readable when I get home, or to my next employer:

Does it have to stay in the photoshop layered format, if not just export it in photoshop as something else she can use (or an earlier version of the psd format).

Sorry if this doesn't help, but you can flatten the layers and then save it as a .jpg.
