I've just bought a Canon Pixma iP3300 and a set of compatible cartridges without chips forgetting that I needed the chips from the original cartridges to go on them  This printer did not come with original cartridges and had I thought about it I would have bought compatibles *with* chips...
however I am where I am. I have already installed the chipless set of cartridges (before realising my folly), so where do I go now?
Buy a set of empty originals to get the chips off? Buy a set of full compatibles *with* chips, whip the chips off, stick them on the ones I have just installed and then when they run out put them back on again?
What should I do?
cheers!
