Gave up caffeine three weeks ago to the day (was drinking waaaaaaayyyyy to much fresh coffee  ) and have been drinking a variety of caffeine free tea's etc

This one is my favourite so far - get some today....

I too am a fan of caffeine free tea - my current choice is Twinings Earl Grey decaffeinated.

But always open to other suggestions!

The reason I went decaff was that despite drinking 3-4 cups of normal coffee a day I was feeling tired in the afternoon. I thought I'd cut it out, drink decaf and hey presto I actually feel more awake. Go figure, as they say

Tried the roobios but thought it was a bit milky tasting. Current favourite is builders tea :D 2 bags/4sweetex and milk in a pint mug :D

well i went to whitards today and got me some chinese and japanese tea i dont have milk in tea or coffee and tend to drink coffee all day and use the green tea and fruit teas as a change when i had enough
