No not spirits but riding shorts?

What do you wear?

I have never worn a true cycle short more of a hybrid baggy short with liner?

I have been looking for something better as I find long (30+ miles) a little uncortable towards the end.

Do people wear bibbed shorts?

Cannondale Lycra with full chamois....often worn under Kona Hardwear baggies or on a shit day under Ron Hill Bikesters.

No chamois = sore ass/jewels for me

I'm a 100% lycra rider....non of the 'embarrased to be a cyclist' baggy crap!

Bibbed shorts are the way forward, always :D As they cover half your back, its far more comfortable, especially when your jersey rides up your back.

Bibbed every time, keeps your back warm and holds in middleaged spread at the front.

Ne'er a truer word uttered

Plus some bib shorts come with a nice wicking top half and not the sweaty lycra we wore BITD

Sometimes Lycra but usually wear Gore baggies, certainly not averse to wearing Lycra! :)

Bib shorts. I'm looking for a pair with built in corset. :?

My current faves are a Karrimor pair I've had for around ten years.

Thanks for that chaps.

I like the idea of bibs but perhaps not the visuals

Do people wear a light baggy short over their lycra or is it bold to wear lycra?
