Officers said the jogger ran the other way across the bridge around 15 minutes later and the victim attempted to speak to him, but "he did not acknowledge her".
Very odd. Happened back in May, and they only release the footage now? Seems there may be more to this than meets the eye.
Surely the police would have been called and the victim would not have been approaching someone who had assaulted her like that.
And we are to believe the jogger carried on and returned to the scene of the crime shortly after?
Doesn't add up.

Met have their logo on the vid so maybe it's a current case. You've got to consider how close the lady came to being taken out by the bus.
