After a nightmare few years I'm finally riding again!
Ongoing knee problems seem to be cured then on comes a bout of vestibular migraine which has screwed my balance (and my confidence in my balance) completely and kept me off a bike for nearly 4 years.
No longer!
Got the gringo built back up with most of the parts that came off the clockwork build I did a while back and it's riding well, had the boy in Delamere forest today (although he probably spent more time shuffling forward than cycling!) and hoping to get out mid week to start building up a bit of fitness and do something about the cake retention my gut is now suffering from!
