Haven't a clue really. They don't look particularly old, but they are bloody gorgeous! Just up my street.

Late 19th century Gothic Revival. and as above likely not original, though that said to do such work wouldnt be that cheap.
The upholstery needs done right. The tapestry is nice though im guessing it would have originally been plain :?

Interesting wee link to furniture from bicycles is the work of an early experimenter in modernist furniture made using steel tubing called Marcel Breuer(1902-1981)
His ideas came about he stated whilst riding his bicycle.
You'll no doubt recognise the work in later designers using tubular steel.
This was designed in 1925
