My_Teenage_Self BoTM Winner Gold Trader Kona Fan Feedback View Nov 16, 2016 #3 Paypal state in their T&Cs that unless the whole amount is paid in one transaction, they will not help in a dispute. So, Pay a deposit AND the balance with paypal, you will not be covered. Pay all at once, and you will.
