Still not convinced that headline is right tbh (it's written a bit clumsily). My initial comment was based on the BBC link which had been posted where nothing was said about it being a hit and run so thought it was worth clarifying the detail as sometimes these things can be taken as fact without any basis in truth.
Regardless it's very sad news.
