How does eBay international shipping work
I charged postage at £10 in the uk so that will be enough to get the package to the shipping centre in the uk

Does the buyer then have to pay more to get it sent to their address

My understanding is that another company organises shipping from the depot to wherever, charging and taking care of customs etc.

I had some forks from Fargo that way. There was an issue and I was refunded by the seller and the shipper separately.
