Anyone on here a London based Professional Carpenter and/or Decorator?

Got some work that needs doing to a West Kensington one bed flat:

Bedroom:
Hanging Wardrobe built
New cupboard/storage doors, fitment & painting
Skirting, Window & Door frame painting
Walls painting

Hallway:
Skirting, Window & Door frame painting
Walls painting

Living Room
Skirting, Window & Door frame painting

a friend of mine who does bedroom furniture . Dont think he does decorating but he might know someone .

Lots of good tradesmen out there, just keep your eyes on them.

My wife's cousin runs a firm doing painting and decorating, but they have a long waiting list so better look for a local advert IMHO.

I would do the cupboards at least yourself if I was you, unless you need to have a 'pro' do them for any reason. It is simple work, so it makes sense to spend more money on cool materials and save the labour costs.

To be fair, painting is simple too, given decent surfaces. I would save money there and spend on better materials as well.
