Cant seem to get on with white. Quite like a nice sparkling though.

Re:

My preferred tipple this week is dark dark brown with a smooth chocolate / coffee taste and a hoppy finish.

Re:

Well my fermenting apple juice is definitely smelling like cider. No idea how strong it is but will try a pint over the weekend.

Re:

I agree wholeheartedly.

Never been a fan of white, nor even rose.

The other night I was out drinking with a pal who drinks nothing but white wine, and it was embarrassing.

My grandfather taught me everything about the right wine to drink. He rarely touched anything but red.

I don't eat sweets either, so little reason to go for those dessert wines.

This week I am mainly drinking Asahi, as it is £1.50 per 660ml in Tesco.

Re:

I've also gone onto red wine, after drinking beer all my life I now find it too gassy and leaves me feeling really bloated

A nice glass of Merlot will do me now :D

Re:

Great - thanks guys ... now I've a hankering for a smooth, full-bodied, amber-tone beer!

I have some of those on top of my fridge along with some Cornish anaesthetics
