Still seems to be on summertime, does it change does anyone know?

I was thinking the same thing and I did this;

Control panel > Board Preferences > Summer Time/DST is in effect: NO

Yes, as above you may need to manually change it.

I tried setting mine back to 1992 but to no avail...
