I dont wear an Ipod but use my K800i and use the music player on that instead.

No, but riding for me is an escape in itself. Lucky for me that I only live a 2 minute ride from work.

Off-road, I am not going anywhere apart from back to the start and I don't need any motivation once I have actually got on my bike. Normally I am terrified enough without blocking out another one of my senses!
