I bought one for jenn who has a wii fit age of 44 (not bad for a 26 year old!)
I thought I'd have a go.. fit age of 29 8) was great to see at 31!!

Its quite accurate as it told me I stand slightly to the right something that my chiro had already told me.

I cant do the exercises at the moment but can do the balance bits and they can be tricky.

Jenn was on the exercises and brought her out ina sweat so they must be doing something....

Ill let you know in a few weeks as its set a target for her to lose a pound or to ;)
