Alpecin Caffeine Shampoo! Really ?

Can someone enlighten me?
Shampoo, with caffeine in it. WHY?

Is this for people who just can't get enough caffeine into their system with tea/coffee? There seem to be more bloody coffee shops than anything these days! So WHY?
