Indeed, just report for spam and we'll take care of it as soon as we see it.
I'd also suggest not replying to spam topics. If you do reply and we ban the spammer, the topic remains and the frist reply becomes the OP. It's fairly obvious when the spammer's thread is called "cheap viagra" or "buy babies online with overnight delivery" or something along those lines, but sometimes it's hard to identify spam topics by just looking at the title.
