Board Preference
My time zone (then click it)
set it on [UTC-1]
Then hit Submit

Thought it would be obvious in the link I gave. Set Summer/DST to No since we are not using it now. Remember to turn it back on in Summer. We are on proper time now. GMT/UTC = 0
not fake BST
