It's a Japanese anime TV series about Road Racing.
The main character is an high school geek, who cycles everywhere on a shopping bike.
In doing so, he accidentally acquires the skills to be a fast road racer - especially uphill.
I thought I would recommend it to you guys, in case you didn't know about it, because it's really good fun.
And it goes into surprising detail about the sport - touching on subjects such as cadence, and correct seat height.
