I'm training for Triathlons at the moment  so to really knacker myself today I ran around 'The wall' back to the centre grabbed the bike and cycled it straight after :?

Much more fun on a bike I can tell you  :)

Then got home and collapsed on the settee and woke up three hours later :D

Good man, wish I could do that. I trying to get fitter for a race in October, making progress by making sure I do some training at least every other day. I can definatley see and feel improvements in my riding speed and endurance plus getting comments from work colleagues like 'you've lost weight' and 'have you been working out' are a real boost.
