Sold a talktalk router on eBay. The guy tried paying through PayPal who delayed it for some reason coming to my account from his. I mentioned it to him so he cancelled the payment and tried again. The second attempt did the same thing. Now he's decided he doesn't want the item. Should I mark him as non paying bidder? If I don't I'll get charged by eBay for the sale won't I?

there's another option. I had it when I sold a game on there. you can say there was a mutual agreement to cancel the transaction. you don't get charged and seller doesn't get marked as non paying.
