blocked by mod_slot limit ?

has anyone else come across this.
my wife was searching for a perfectly harmless site, and blocked by mod_slot limit came up.
how can i bypass this message ?
any help appreciated by my wife. thanks.

thanks for the reply. i had actually looked at this but it went straight over my head.
luckily it doesnt happen too often.

It is possibly due to the fact that the site she is viewing is busy or that the webserver the site lives on is busy.

mod_slotlimit is a function where an admin can limit the number of connections on a website or server to ensure that the site is not overwhelmed.

As many websites are on shared servers (with lots of other websites on them) it may be that the issue is not solely the website she is visiting, but another site or a server that is a bit overloaded.

In short, not a lot you can do from the viewing end except reporting it to the person responsible for the site.
