Parcel monkey?
The clue is in the name!
A frame within UK will be £13 via parcelforce 48, £16 next day.
You will find cheaper with other couriers, but the difference will be pennies and you'll be waiting in all day...
Abroad is a different matter!

Paisley Freight £21 bike in a box to mainland Uk.
My Hermes about £10 for a frame alone.
In my experience both provide reliable service.
