Hi guys,

I've not been a regular in these parts for weeks on account of a broken foot. Worst of all, this wasn't due to a biking incident, nor even falling off the Step box in gym because I was distracted looking at sweaty women in Lycra. Nope, it happened because I fell over running up the stairs at home one Saturday night when I was a bit tipsy! OK, I know I could use the site, but it's much less fun when you can't ride.

So now spring is springing, I'm now ready to get on with my Raleigh Ravine renovation and get out and ride (not as easy as I remember, after getting an all-clear from fracture clinic yesterday, I rode to work today and was knackered)

there's some statistic somewhere about most accidents happening at home (and in conjunction with alcohol!)...
