Each summer my extended family rents a summer home for a week for a family get together. (10 to 12 people) Next summer we are are thinking of Ireland. Most everyone is based in the States, except my family we are in Japan. Although I am part Irish, but I don't know too much about the country. We would like to find a nice area that is scenic, and is close to water that you can swim in. (the ocean, lake or pool) I don't think we want to be in a big city. Being one or two hours away from a major airport is preferable. We would probably have to rent cars. Any suggestions?
