im 18, used to have a 33bhp restricted full licence last year but lost it earlier this year because of my own stupidity and got a driving ban, recently got my provisional back, retook cbt now im looking to do my full licence again but thing is, do I now have to take the 125cc test and stick to 125cc until im 19 then take the next test up ? don't want to be stuck on a little 50cc much longer so want to get a bigger cc bike, figured id try asking on here because I cant make much sense of the new licencing laws :/
