Black Jacks and Fruit Salad, aniseed balls, also sherbet, I used to buy everything in 2oz lots so I could have a few of many things, they didn't have pick and mix then :D

That's about my time, although I don't think Holland's, our village shop, were all that adventurous with their sweet counter, it wasn't until I left home at 19 that I discovered that clubs etc. could be bought in multi-packets without going to the big city :roll:

I din't even know about supermarket's I was completely taken aback when I saw one :oops:

I found somewhere selling Texan bars recently. Basically a breeze block coated in mil spec toffee.
