As long as it is 1) tasteful and 2) respectful, as in paying homage, then maybe (I wouldn't do it mind, it a bit kiss ass for me).

Clearly anything direspectful, especially of the dead, or insulting would be wrong.

But as a username for a secondhand marketplace? Shallow I think.

If he/she has a thing for JMC then fine but I think an eBay username actually does him a misservice.
