why do we seem to be getting regular spam posts from kitchen companies ?
is it just bike sites or are other sites targeted ?
it doesnt seem to be something i would link with retro bikes.

They don't just target here. I am an admin on a few other sites (music mostly) and they are spamming them too.

target some of the "old" land rover sites as well, do they think we are more likely to be looking for kitchens and that even if we were, then the place we would look would be from spam

I never buy anything from spam, telephone spam, internet spam or snailmail spam, I don't even buy spam. I had a scruffy urchin come to my door the other day offering me fish from the back of his car, mmm no thankyou

Alison was drifting into pythonesque spam sketch type prose. Lovely spam, wonderful spam!

Also comes up on the Bristol MTB forums.

Don't they realise that my old dish washer is perfectly capable of washing bike parts and I don't need a fancy SMEG one to degrease components
