If so, how easy is it to set one up ?........i've never set up even a web page, but my wife set up a basic site, so she might help................and before all the moralistic crows start to land.........i'm thinking of it for 2 reasons, 1 i'm skint, and 2 looking at them, most of them are a big con, and it would be nice to set one up, with just one fee for a lifetime membership instead of all this 'join for free' crap then you have to buy credits or whatever.

Those who run them make a fortune, those who use them feel constantly ripped off. I know I have used many and eventually met my girlfriend via one but and this is the bit that cheers me alot, it was a free dating site that makes its money from advertising. Thus if you want to make money from a dating site but dont want to pee folk off go the advertising revenue route
