How much would you add to postage to send a set of crank arms to Italy do you reckon? Rough figure should be fine. Cheers

Anywhere from £8 to £14 depending on tracking and or signature requirements

If you know the weight try here for guidelines

Cheers psyclone. I've got the Parcel Force leaflets from the postie but they're quoting £20.00 for an international parcel up to 0.5kg which I thought was a bit much.

I have found Parcelforce to be alot cheaper when paying through Paypal,
£14.99 at the post office but £10.99 through paypal for a 7.5kg on 48hr delivery.

Parcelforce is only really useful when the item is too big to take to the post office (as they collect) or you need extra compensation (although special delivery is an option here).
