The area of Manc they were in has cameras EVERYWHERE. Surprised they haven't grabbed them up already. Maybe they were from out of town and jumped on a train or bus, or had a car in the vicinity. Cowardly scum.

Fair play to the passers by who got involved. Might have saved the cyclist's life.
