all i can think is its a good job the 1st cyclist had a helmet on or it could well have ended in a fatality.
Or it could have ended with nice sunny day ride for all involved.
Seems like it is popular bit of road, judging by other videos from same author.

The Mulholland Highway is quite a road if you aren't used to it. I managed to pretty much destroy the brakes on a hire car by being a bit too enthusiastic driving it.
Also if you go up it on a Sunday motorbikes are everywhere, there is a famous cafe called The Rock Place where they all hang out.
