I've 'been entered' in to an adventure race on May 18th. Trail running, MTBing and Kayaking.

Whilst I've done all three sports to various degrees, I've never raced a multi-discipline event.

Anyone compete in these things and got any helpful hints?

How long is the race ?

Practice going from one to the other, the shock on the mussel is quite a surprise and don't forget about the transition, the less time you spend there the better.
